Children are the greatest teachers. The best lessons I've learned are thanks to my 3 year old daughter. With no concept of time, she teaches me to stay present. Filled with curiosity, her repetitive questions teach me to be understanding. Sharing her favorite snack, she teaches me kindness. Putting together a challenging puzzle, she teaches me patience. Seeing her eat snow off the ground, she teaches me to appreciate nature's gifts. Watching her fall off the balance beam three times, she teaches me perseverance. Hearing her contagious laugh, she teaches me to have fun. Children represent innocence. Their hearts are pure and loving. We all have an inner child. Pay attention to your inner child more often. The world can use more hugs and kisses.
